Do you operate a delivery service?
We specialise in local deliveries around the Fishponds/Kingswood area as well as surrounding areas. We have a flat bed tipper which can carry sheet materials, aggregate and associated building products. We can supply loose aggregate in 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton loads and are able to arrange larger quantities of materials through outside haulage. Our local delivery service carries a small charge. We require a minimum of two working days to organise deliveries. All goods must be paid for in advance.
Do you just supply to the trade?
No, we sell to the public and trade alike. If it’s just a box of screws you need, we’ll be happy to oblige.
How can you compete on price with the big DIY stores?
Because we supply to the trade, all of the products we sell are generally of a higher quality than those you would find in a building superstore. e.g our concrete fence posts are smooth and well finished and our fence panels are sturdy and manufactured to a high standard. Also our overheads are low so we can offer high quality products at lower prices. Phone us for a quote on any of our products.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
We accpet all major cards except American Express. There is a minimum card payment of £10. Payment over the phone can be arranged. We also accept cash but not cheques.
Do you undertake building work yourselves?
We are solely an independent Builders Merchant, however after 30 years of trading we have compiled a number of local businesses that we would recommend to customers covering all aspects of the Building, Roofing and Fencing Trade.
Can your staff offer advice?
All our staff have a background of general building and there will always be someone on hand to assist with queries regarding building and roofing projects.
